"A few days ago" was probably some other program (unless you are betatester of MapFactor Navigator). There was a stage release yesterday of 1.2.24. What version do you have?

Road Restrictions
Just note, that attributes charge/toll work correctly for example in Tom Tom data, but not in OpenStreetMap source. They are not distinguishable and for tag toll=yes are set both charge/toll attributes to be true in MCA file.

If I remember correctly it means that "Active sync is not available". It was used for installation of CAB files on older PDA devices. Most PND devices have access to disk/SD Card only and you do not install it but just copy it.

Problem GPS windows ce (system gps too slow)
At what speed is set your COM port? Some devices autodetect GPS on high speed but then they have problem to feed it to the system. Sometimes they allow multiple speeds, so try to use some smaller like 4800 or 9600? good luck Martin
