Ongoing problem with phone volume
Anyway I just want to mention, that I don't have such a problem with my configuration. It is a Xperia compact 1, Android 5.1.1. MF Navigator 4.0.40. Headset is a Parrot SK4000, a quite antique one

Mapfactor Navigator is not just a map. It is a navigation software available for some operating systems. The maps, the software uses, are proprietary, so you cannot use them with different software.

"ping" signal before voice instruction after long silence
Such a ping will also help my motorcycle headset (an old parrot device), to switch from phone to navigation, so the navigation command will not be eliminated on the switching procedure. May be, I will not hear the ping itself then ;-)

It is always the same. Maps are rolling out country by country. And time by time. I do not think, that Mapfactor is arbitrarily omitting any country. And sometimes there are even technical problems which produce some delay to map updates.
