Serious routing error
The App Magic Earth has no issue at this border crossing and is also working with OSM. For me this isn't a problem I know this area quite well and don't need a navigation program there.

On PC You could run the program ITNConverter. The program will show OSM, TomTom Routes, HERE, etc. . I presume the TomTom maps shown in the program are the same then on a mobile device with TomTom

@ Oldie : No The previous Version was running without any problems so I will use it as long the Hardware is functional and the maps are supported. This old PNA is only a backup just in case my Android outdoor smartphone has a problem.

setup utility 18.1.0
I had no problems. Install of WINCE-Version on local medium and PC-Version was possible. I did'nt do the update of the Setup Utility within the Setup Utility instead download the new version and install it in the folder of the old version.

Navigator V17 not available
Hello, there are probably folders left (user data etc.) from previous installations. So I would delete them as well and start from scrab again. The next time use something like "Revo uninstaller" to get rid of all folders, registry etc.
