GPS Info Satellite Colors

GPS Info Satellites:The height of the bar in the bar graph, I think, indicates signal strength.The number under each bar, I think, indicates the number of the specific satellite.I don't know what the colors of the bars mean.I assume that green indicates that my GPS device has locked on to that specific satellite.However, I have seen red bars that are higher than green bars.And I have seen some bars that are yellow.Does anyone know what the colors mean?
