I have no problem downloading setup utilities and I have no problem with dcf file

Unable to install latest Windows Version
If I download the installer I get the windows Navigator installer. I go through the setup, pop in the licence key as usual then it *should* go to download and install Navigator, it doesn't and throws that error.

Speed limit living Street
Hi,in Germany we have a speed limit of ca. 6km/h for living streets. The navigator calculates and shows a limit of 20km/h while navigating. Is there a setting where I can setup this?
