Severe error with “small local road” enabled
with default car settings I get 211km with small local roads disabled and 222km with small local roads enabledwith TomTo it is 220km and 224km respectively I would say that you made some other changes

HD traffic - missing information
HD traffic is downloaded when you open Navigator and also when route is calculated, providing, of course, you are connected

yes, I tried that and route does not go through the barrier, so I wonder if departure or destination was on the closed road - in that case barrier would be ignored

Used to work ok, after update it is behaving oddly
GPS is controlled by Android, Navigator cannot make GPS reception better or worse. Try to reboot your device, it quite often helps.
