I corrected it and then reversed my corrections so that you can do it. Last time I saw it, both were the same way - who corrected it later I do not know. In Navigator it will be in the next map release, probably in October

you need to create account first find area you want to edit and then select edit tab and choose josm or potlach, I use potlach 2 click on a street and you will see attributes on left I think you will need to chnge one way to one wa reverse
