Free maps are created by volunteers at www.openstreetmaps.org - anybody can join and help to make maps better using their local knowledge. May be you can also contribute? You can also buy TomTom maps (Map manager/buy maps).

I just installed Setup utilities 18.1.0 and then both PC Navigator 18 and Mapexplorer 18I also downloaded free maps and then installed them to memory card without any problem files are not supposed to extract, just copy

Navigator does not use fast access roads to avoid roundabouts
speeds on slip roads are degraded, so that you do not go through slip road and back on motorway again, which used to be problem with OSM maps
