Can we help you to create the OSM MCA files
I really do not think this is practical, it would probably take more time to organise and check then if we do it inhousenot to mention that we have no tool to process data and scripts are changing frequently

firstly distance is from each waypoint, so 1000km journey ith departure and destination only needs just 500000 in distance settings (may be a little more just to make sure) changed values are written to vehicle_profiles.xml, please look at sections …

you could have done by editing vehicle_profiles.xmlthere is no other explanationyou can try to delete it, start Navigator and go to advanced settings
