NavigatorFree and German OSM Maps are not working

    Hello,

    I'm using the NavigatorFree (11.037) with OSM Maps on my HTC HD2 with Winmob 6.5 for a long period of time with no Problem.
    If I want to search for a new adress in the search dialog, The program hangs after selecting Germany. Selcting France or italie works fine.
    The GPS is still working and I can navigate to my added favs.

    I reinstalled all maps with booting the device after the deinstall ... same
    I reinstalled all maps and the program with booting between the remove and reinstall ... same

    Do you have any Idee?

    Hi Martin,

    sry for my late reply but I still have forgotten to look after an answer in this forum.

    But I tried a bit with the dif. maps and found the possible reason. If the osm map "germany_osm_north.mca" is installed the system is  freezing. If I rename the file everything works great.

    ... this means that some file is not complete. I would guess that it was "germany_osm_west.mca" ... there was probably problem when it was copied on SD card. There is newer Germany on update now, so please replace the incomplete files.
