Private swiming pool should not appear in the "Points Of Interest"

Private swimming pools should not appear in the "Points Of Interest" nor displayed with an icon on the map.
That makes the POI list very long and barely unusable.
Private swimming pools should be only visible as light blue polygons.

patched - in March data 2014 you should not see it as POI any more (if access=private)
