Is there a Windows 7 64 bit version?

I had it on my toughbook running windows XP, but now I have a new toughbook running Windows 7 pro 64 bit. How do I get a version for my PC? Thanks!

When I click on the get from the windows store, I cannot download the app because it is not work on my device. Which link should I click on then? Windows CE? Looks like the new app only works for versions of windows after 8.

You are not helping. The windows store gives me an app to download that is for windows 8 Ann above. I am not allowed to download the windows 7 version. If you explain what I am missing then I will do as directed. Right now I just got a link.
