Weak sound

I use Navigator Free only sometimes, but I was satisfied. But lastime the voice was weak. I tried any settings. Nothing works. Another apllikacions and even another navigation are loudly. i use czech voice. Any advices? (My car is not loudly :-) )

please set Media sound channel in settings/advanced and disable SCO
if it does not help, switch SCO on and off again -
THANKS a lot! A had settigs "media" and SCO off. When I set SCO on and Off, voice is again normal.
