Change of phone

Hi,
I have purchased a new Android phone and need to move the Navigator from the old one to the new one. As I purchased the premium functions (no ads, multiple routes, , I want to have them included on my new phone. Also, I need to get my settings etc. across. How can I go about it? I've read that one would need to send an email, but to which address?

premium features are linked to your Google account, please login
user files are in folder android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/navigator/ - file names are self-explanatory
