Restore purchases
  • My phone has been damaged beyond repair and no longer works. How do I transfer purchases of HD traffic and Tomtom maps to a replacement device? Thanks.

  • install Navigator free on your new device, go to Settings and click Send logs
    please type your order ID
  • I also have a new device, because of damage. I have also purchased TomTom Maps and premium items. The maps are on a SD card. I do not know were my Order ID is.
  • Can I just put the sd card in the new device and get it to work or should I copy everything to my laptop, Then format the card on the new device and transfer the programs?
  • you can just put your sd card in your new device
    activation request will  be generated for you when you open Navigator
