Upcoming turns - Display distance to second turn

    Currently 'Upcoming turns' displays large turn icon and its distance on left of box, and small 'second turn' icon on the right. 
    I suggest raising small 'second turn' icon a bit higher in the box, and displaying small 'distance to second turn' underneath it.
