How to enable 3d view in ''map'' [=no navigation]

on Android, I want to have a 3d view in navigation but also just when I want to display a map when i take a stroll without a destination.
I click on ''map [next to tools]'' and I get the +/- signs but nothing about 3d view.

We do not support 3D in map mode on Android.
