[incorrect]Where is HUD and the other paid options?

I paid for HUD, no commercials, alternative routes and "that other thing"I can only find alternative routes at the moment in my Navigator. Where is the rest?I'm currently on 2.2.61Edit: sorry. HUD is in Tools, not in Settings. Premium Settings is also in Tools. When thinking about that: To me it is more logic to have them in Settings, or on both locations.
