App crashes on Asus 302C Android tablet 4.3

We just purchased a full version (for 6 euros extra) but the MapFactor app seems to crash all the time, with the note "Unfortunately MapFactor has stopped working". Would you please provide an advice or solution?

close Navigator and delete data in Android settings > application manager > Navigator - then reboot your phone.Please take backup first, otherwise you could loose your favourites...folder android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/navigator/
