Background navigation in Windows 10 app

Sorry if already asked, but I didn't find it.
Is there a plan to implement voice guidance in background with screen turned off in Windows 10 mobile app?
Like the Windows Maps app, so we can reduce power consumption but continue to receive vocal indication based on GPS position also in background.
