Incorrect GPS coordinates read by PC version

I recently started trying out the PC version 14.1.2 of Navigator on a Acer Netbook which connects to a bluetooth GPS device and also to my phone sharing GPS via bluetooth (but not simultaneously). The version I am running is not reading the GPS coordinates correctly i.e. my longitude is 153.xxx but the navigator reports 15.3xxxx. The value for latitude seems to be correct. By correct, I mean by the values other GPS software installed on the same netbook reports. Has anyone found this to be the case as well?
