No result when searching address

I am using the navigator free in Japan.
Suddently I can't search for addresses.
To start with, I could use the google search and find addresses.
But now I only have a message "no results"
I have an smart phone android.
Anybody who knows how to get search function reestablished.

try to reboot your device, it usually helps with Google search
