  • Or go with your filemanager into /Android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/navigator and copy/share the favourites.xml to your other phone.

  • thanks hvdwolf.
under com.mapfactor.navigator/files I can just find an empty "download" folder and nothing else.
    can you help?
    Marco
  • Actually I said "/Android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/" and not "com.mapfactor.navigator/files/".
I assume you mean that. If not, you checked the wrong folder.
Another option could be that your data is not on your SD card but on your internal memory (or you mixed them up). You might have the same folder structure there.
In your file manager you probably have a sdcard0 and a sdcard1 under /storage. Your sdcard0 is your SDcard. The sdcard1 is your internal memory (on android 4.1 and 4.2 at least).
  • android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/navigator/
  • hello,
I think the path is correct:
    /sdcard/Android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/
here there is no "navigator" folder (just the empty "download" folder).

I also searched for the favourites.xml file with es explorer, but found nothing.
    my android version is 4.4.2

    thanks for supporting,
    marco
  • check both sd and internal storage
    also look in folder navigator
  • thanks, it is on external sd.

I thought with kitkat the apps do not have permission to write to external sd....(?)

    Marco
  • it can write to /sdcard/Android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/ only
