Problem with maps

Hello, I downloaded map for CZE. Everything was fina until i tryed to plan jounery. It says that (i have that in CZE, so it will be translated) "placemen of point of origin failed. Maybe you entered point of jounery in country without downloaded maps needed". I seriously dont understand this "error". In the program / list of maps to download, the map i checked that i downloaded it and i did. It canot be redownloaded. Can somebody help me with this? Thank you in advance

go to Map manager/download maps and check that CZ map has been downloaded.

This "feature" was added because many users did not realize that they have to download particular country if they set routing point via Google Search for example. It means that if the road is too far from your coordinates you will get this message.
