Payment Proccesing Issue

I submited an order for the standard usb gps + 1 license bundle at around 10 PM (US time) on 3/23/2013. When it came time to finalize payment for the package the site gave me an error message and told me an administrator would contact me. I've checked my bank account and the payment is currently pending so I don't understand why I got the error message and if my product is going to be delivered to me at all. Thank you for your time
