Creating an own Sound.mca - file?

Is it possible to create an own sounds-mca file?
Okay, I can put my *.wav-files into the root-folder, where all the maps (.mca) are. But I'd rather have an own single file with all my own *.wav-files in (like you did with the sounds_xx_signal.mca).
Can I use diggerQt for this?
