Android app crashes after using for several minutes

My app crashes, after working fine with a route for several minutes without any message, just stops and my navigation tablet returns to the android screen with apps. I restarted it but again, after several minutes it stops and ends suddenly. The tablet has Android version 4.0.4.

close Navigator and delete data in Android settings/application
manager/Navigator - then reboot your phone. If this does not help,
please email logs (navigator/log folder).
