Error message:"The GPS will be disconnected"

Navigator 11 Free with a (RoyalTek BT GPS mini (RBT-1000) GPS). GPS displays in Devices and Printers as BlueGPS 7C3B02 and initially struggled to connect. Kept ignoring the COM port that Windows 7 had mounted it on ?When it eventually did connect then message in Menu/Settings/GPS Settings/Current Specification (at bottom of screen) reports: "WARNING:The GPS will be disconnected". This it does yet showing COM12, Baud 57600, Connected.All works with my other GPS (Palm GPS)Any suggestions as to fixing this error
