my mf dont´t work

thanks from last help, now i got the unit no´s.but now my mf. does not start, it crash and computer says that problem is in mf.exe file.is it because i have installed it to my computer, before it crashed and now it is fixed but i can not start my mf.fist time it installed fine, but when pushing add vehicle button it crashed. so i uninstalled it and installed it again but now it crash when i push mf icon. only software back ground show and it crashi have win7
