Gps issue on viliv x70 ex

I have installed navigator 11 for test on my viliv x70
Windows 7 pro
When I open navigator I can find gps and everything work
I quit navigator and gps locked
I can see that if I reload navigator gps is not found
I exit and use utility to check my gps and it is not found communication fail
I do not have the same issue when I use street and trip or igudance
When I boot the machine gps is back
Any ideas ??? I use com1 and baud 4800
